Terms of service

Using flexisnake.co means you accept these terms. The site shows the FlexiSnake and Drain Weasel range and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Prices, packs and ratings

Prices, wand counts, pack sizes and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A pack that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return or replacement.

Guides and safety notes

The guides and articles explain how our tools work and cite public sources on drain chemicals and septic care. They are general information. The label on a product decides how you use it, and a clog that keeps coming back, or a drain that backs up into another fixture, is a job for a licensed plumber.
